TRANSPARENT TYPE LIQUID LEVEL GAUGE
-
✔︎ T2 series is the standard low pressure level gauge designed for multiple application under a wide range of pressure and temperature conditions. The model is used for following conditions.
1) In case where the shield plate (Mica, Resin) is required to protect the glass in the steam services or liquid corrosive to the glass.
2) In case where the level reading is difficult to observe because of transparent liquid or darkness, an illuminator, mounted at the rear of the gauge, facilitates to make a clear level so as to read the level easily.
A great number of this model has been applied for the chemical services and also for steam services in the power plants.
✔︎ T4 series is the standard medium pressure gauge designed for multiple widely ranged applications under the higher pressure and temperature than T2 series. Since hard tightening is required for this model to hold the high pressure, the cover is made of rigid forging with two rib reinforcements at its both ends to prevent the distortion which is caused by strong tightening stress. A great number of this model has been applied for the boiler drums particularly in the incineration power plants and for the feed water heaters at the thermal power station.
✔︎ T6 series are standard high pressure level gauge for use of further more higher pressure than T4 series.T6 series is most suitable model for heaters of big power plants and the glasses are protected with mica shield from corrosion by steam. Quantities of this model have been used for the high pressure chemical services.
✔︎ T12 series is the standard gauge and the most ideal gauge for high pressure/temperature steam services. In order to increase the sealing capacity, we have employed a unique design for protection of the glass from breakage not so as to be affected fully is heavy and direct tightening load to the glass being embedded safety in the cover. By employment of functional coned-disc spring washer, alterative torque vale which is caused by high pressure/temperature up-down conditions in the steam services can be diminished to the minimum. -
This type of level gauge employs two tempered flat gauge glasses, each of which is laid opposite in front and in the rear of gauge body. The glasses are sandwiched by gauge covers and fastened with bolts. Liquid level is sighted through the glasses.
For application to a sticky liquid that would tend to adhere over the glass surface and make the liquid level obscure, gauge glasses with special adhesion-free coating are employed.
